Die Adam Keller Baugeschäft GmbH & Co. KG ist ein seit 1886 in Augsburg erfolgreiches Bauunternehmen. Neben dem traditionellen Gewerbe- und Wohnungsbau verwaltet unser Unternehmen neben 3 in unserem Besitz befindlichen Wohnanlagen auch Fremdobjekte.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort:

Immobilienkaufmann/-frau

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kaufmännische Verwaltung von Wohn- und Gewerbeeinheiten einschließlich der Verbuchung der Geschäftsvorfälle (Rechnungsbearbeitung, Sollstellung und Buchung der Kontoauszüge)
  • Erstellung von Betriebs- und Heizkostenabrechnungen, Mietanpassungen und Mieterwechsel

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann m/w/d
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Software für Wohnungswirtschaft - idealerweise GAP Immotion)
  • Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität sowie ein seriöses, freundliches und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten
  • PKW-Führerschein
