  • Eigenständige Vermarktung, Verkauf und Vermietung von Immobilien in Neubauprojekten - von der Erstansprache
  • bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie aktive Mitgestaltung bei
  • strategischen Themen
  • Aufbereitung von Reports, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Datenpflege und Weiterentwicklung des CRM-Systems
  • Mitwirkung bei diversen Projekten
  • Unsere Erwartungen:
  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit immobilienwirtschaftlichem
  • Schwerpunkt (z.B. Immobilientreuhänder, Studium, o. Ä.)
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen im Wohnungswesen und nachweisbare Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im
  • Bereich Immobilien oder Maklertätigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Erfahrung mit Social Media und
  • Immobilienplattformen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung und Teamgeist
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
