allgemeine Büro- und Sekretariatsagenden (Empfang, Post, Ablage, Termine, Evidenzen)

Korrespondenz/Schriftverkehr

Assistenz Buchhaltung und Zahlungsverkehr

Anlage und Abwicklung von Versicherungsfällen

Unsere Anforderungen

Matura bzw. Reifeprüfung

mind. 2 Jahre Praxis als Bürokraft, idealerweise im Immobilienbereich

idealerweise Ausbildung zum/zur zertifizierten Immobilienverwaltungsassistent/in

buchhalterische und kfm. Grundkenntnisse

Grundkenntnisse der Ablauforganisation einer Kanzlei

sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (vor allem Outlook, Excel, Word)

Englischkenntnisse

einsatzfreudig, verlässlich, lernbereit, kommunikativ, verantwortungsbewusst
