Wir suchen zur Erweiterung unseres Teams zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Immobilienkauffrau / einen Immobilienkaufmann zur Betreuung von unseren Mietverwaltungen und Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften.

Sie erwartet ein unbefristetes Beschäftigungsverhältnis in einer Vollzeitstelle von 40 Std Woche mit regelmäßigen Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen, in einem abwechslungsreichen und interessanten Arbeitsumfeld. Ein angenehmes Arbeitsklima ist selbstverständlich.

Natürlich erhalten Sie eine ausführliche Einarbeitung in unsere Betriebsvorgänge, sodass das Arbeitsumfeld mit der Zeit steigt und nicht schon Morgen „alles“ erwartet wird.

Ihr Arbeitsumfeld umfasst u.a.

  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Eigentümerversammlungen
  • Erstellung von Jahresabrechnungen und Wirtschaftsplänen (WEG/Miet)
  • Objektbetreuung (kaufmännische und technische Sachbearbeitung)

Pflege der Stammdaten sowie unseres Online-Service-Portals

Kenntnisse in IMMOWARE24 sind von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich.

Homeoffice ist nach Einarbeitung möglich. Die Stelle ist jedoch nicht für ausschließliches Arbeiten von Zuhause gedacht.

Die Stelle ist mit einem Einstiegsgehalt von 3.654,00 EUR zzgl. Sonderzahlungen ausgeschrieben. Bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung kann das Gehalt dementsprechend verhandelt werden.
