Für unseren Kunden in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir einen Immobilienkaufmann / eine Immobilienkauffrau (m/w/d) zur direkten und unbefristeten Festanstellung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kaufmännische Verwaltung von Wohn- und/oder Gewerbeimmobilien
  • Betreuung von Miet- und Vertragsangelegenheiten
  • Abrechnung von Betriebs- und Nebenkosten
  • Kommunikation mit Eigentümern, Mietern und Dienstleistern
  • Unterstützung im Immobiliencontrolling und Bestandsmanagement

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau
  • Berufserfahrung im Immobilienumfeld
  • Sicheres Auftreten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse
