*Dann suchen wir genau Dich! Als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau bist du der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und begleitest sie professionell bei ihrem Immobilientraum.*

Dabei übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

  • Kundenberatung und -betreuung von der ersten Anfrage bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Erstellung von Exposés und Durchführung von Besichtigungen
  • Marktbeobachtung und -analyse
  • Unterstützung bei der Vertragsgestaltung und -abwicklung

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verkaufsfähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine positive Ausstrahlung
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
