Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab dem nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen qualifizierten Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) für die Immobilienverwaltung in unbefristeter Anstellung in Vollzeit (40 h)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Umfassende kaufmännische Objektbetreuung in Eigenverantwortung,
  • Führung jeglicher Korrespondenz mit Kunden (Eigentümern), Handwerkern, Geschäftspartnern usw.
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Eigentümerversammlungen,
  • Leitung und Protokollführung während Eigentümerversammlungen,
  • Durchführung von Beiratssitzungen, Objektbegehungen und sonstigen Kundenterminen,

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, bestenfalls als Immobilienkauffrau/-mann oder sonstige kauf-

männische Ausbildung,

Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit, professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden/Kundinnen, Vorgesetzten

und Kollegen/Kolleginnen,

Motivation und Eigeninitiative,
