Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir, eine Firma für Hausverwaltung in Neuss, eine/n Immobilienkaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder Immobilienfachwirt/in (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die gesamte Betreuung der zugeteilten Objekte, wie zum Beispiel:

  • Buchhaltung im WEG- und Mietbereich
  • Durchführung von Hausgeldabrechnungen
  • Durchführung von Betriebskostenabrechnungen
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Rücknahme und Übergabe von Mietobjekten
  • Bearbeitung der Kundenanliegen und der Korrespondenz
  • Neuvermietung von Objekten einschließlich Abschluss von Mietverträgen und Nachträgen
  • Bearbeitung von Versicherungsschäden
  • Durchführung von Mieterhöhungen
  • WEG-Hausverwaltung
  • Vorbereitung, Abhaltung und Nachbereitung von Eigentümerversammlungen
  • Anforderungen an den Bewerber:
  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • gute EDV Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein und eigener PKW wünschenswert
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Hausverwaltung sind wünschenswert
