📌 Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Abwicklung von Vermietungsprozessen (Besichtigungen, Mietverträge, Wohnungsübergaben/-abnahmen)
  • Vermarktung von Wohnimmobilien über gängige Onlineportale und interne Netzwerke
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Mietinteressenten, Eigentümer und Dienstleister
  • Pflege der Mieterdatenbank und digitales Dokumentenmanagement
  • Mitwirkung bei Mietpreisanalysen und Marktbeobachtungen

✅ Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Immobilienkauffrau / zum Immobilienkaufmann (IHK) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Vermietung oder Vermarktung von Wohnimmobilien
  • Sicheres, freundliches Auftreten und hohe Kommunikationsstärke
  • Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und ggf. Immobiliensoftware (z. B. Immoware24)
