Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachkraft für die eigenverantwortliche Verwaltung unseres Wohnimmobilienportfolios.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • eigenständige Betreuung uneres Wohnimmobilienportfolios
  • Ansprechpartner für Mieter, Eigentümer und Dienstleister
  • Buchhaltung für Mietobjekte inkl. Kontierung und Zahlungsverkehr
  • Erstellung von Nebenkostenabrechnungen und Reportings
  • Pflege der Mieterkonten inkl. Mahnwesen
  • Abschluss, Verwaltung und Kündigung von Mietverträgen
  • Wohnungsabnahmen und -übergaben
  • Steuerung von Handwerkern sowie Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

Dein Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar
  • mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung
  • sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
  • strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
