  • Deine Aufgaben als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d):
  • -Eigenverantwortliche Verwaltung von Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften (WEG) in Nord- und Süd
  • -Vorbereitung, Durchführung sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Eigentümerversammlungen
  • -Erstellung von Beschlussvorlagen und Protokollen
  • -Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Beschlüssen der Eigentümergemeinschaften
  • -Ansprechpartner/in für Verwaltungsbeiräte, Eigentümer, Behörden und Dienstleister
  • -Bearbeitung von Versicherungsschäden sowie Forderungsmanagement
  • -Beauftragung und Überwachung von Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnehmen
  • -Allgemeine kaufmännische und administrative Tätigkeit im Innendienst
  • -Unterstützung der Buchhaltung im Rahmen einer längerfristigen Vertretung
  • Dein Profil als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d):
  • -Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierter Berufserfahrung in der WEG-Verwaltung
  • -Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Immobilienfachwirt (m/w/d) oder die Bereitschaft zur entsprechenden Qualifizierung

Ob Vermietung, Vertragsmanagement, Organisation oder kaufmännische Verwaltung – du bringst Struktur in die Prozesse und findest pragmatische Lösungen.
