Aufgaben

  • In Deiner Rolle als WEG- und Mietverwalter/in organisierst Du Versammlungen und setzt gemeinsam getroffene Beschlüsse um, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Koordination der Instandhaltung und steuerst Dienstleister, damit die Objekte immer in bestem Zustand sind
  • Der Vermietungsprozess und die Abwicklung von Schadensfällen gehören genauso zu Deinen Aufgaben, wie die sorgfältige Verwaltung von Sondereigentum
  • Deine Fähigkeiten im Vertragsmanagement nutzt Du, um die Objektbetreuung effizient zu koordinieren

Profil

  • Deine Ausbildung zum/zur Immobilienkaufmann/-frau bildet die Grundlage für Deine Karriere als WEG- und Mietverwalter/in oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen aus, was Dir im Umgang mit Mietern und Eigentümern hilft
  • Flexibilität bei Deinen Arbeitszeiten ermöglicht es Dir, auf die unterschiedlichen Anforderungen in der Immobilienverwaltung einzugehen
  • Mit Deinen MS-Office Kenntnissen und Deiner Erfahrung in der Software Win-Casa bist Du technisch bestens gerüstet, Win-Casa Erfahrung wären von Vorteil aber keine Bedingung
