Im Auftrag unseres renommierten Kunden in 92224 Amberg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n zuverlässige/n Immobilienkaufmann Hausverwaltung (w/m/d) mit Schwerpunkt Mietbuchhaltung und Betriebskosten .

Hauptaufgaben: 

  • Selbstständige Erstellung und rechtssichere Prüfung von Betriebs- und Heizkostenabrechnungen
  • Verantwortung für fristgerechte Abrechnung gemäß gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Verwaltung und Abwicklung von Mietkautionen
  • Durchführung des Mahnwesens
  • Kaufmännische Verwaltung der Mietkonten einschließlich Überwachung und Abstimmung der mietbezogenen Zahlungsvorgänge

Qualifikationen/Anforderungen :

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) oder mit vergleichbarem Schwerpunkt
  • Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in der Hausverwaltung, insbesondere in der eigenständigen Erstellung von Betriebs- und Heizkostenabrechnungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Mietbuchhaltung
  • Souveräne schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit
