Als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau übernimmst du vielseitige Aufgaben rund um die Betreuung und Verwaltung unserer Immobilien und bist Ansprechpartner für Mieter und Dienstleister.

*Deine Aufgaben: *

  • Kaufmännische Verwaltung von Immobilien
  • Betreuung von Mietern
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Mietverträgen
  • Bearbeitung von Mieterfragen
  • Koordination von Handwerkern und Dienstleistern
  • Überwachung von Instandhaltung- und Reparaturmaßnahmen
  • Pflege von Objekt- und Stammdaten
  • Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben

*Das bringst du mit: *

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise nach der Einarbeitungszeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und freundliches Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS- Office
