Die Immobilienverwaltung Haus und Grund GmbH ist seit mehr als 75 Jahren als 100%-ige Tochter des Vereins Düsseldorfer Haus-, Wohnungs- und Grundbesitzer e.V. in Düsseldorf tätig. Die Immobilienverwaltung Haus und Grund GmbH ist ein führender Anbieter von Haus- und Immobilienverwaltungen mit 15 Mitarbeitern und ca. 3000 verwalteten Wohnungen in Düsseldorf. Wir verwalten Miethäuser und sind langjährig im Bereich der WEG-Verwaltung tätig.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Kundenbetreuungsteams suchen wir ab sofort eine(n)

Immobilienkaufmann in der Kundenbetreuung (WEG) (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgabe

Selbständige Verwaltung eines WEG-Immobilienbestandes
Kaufmännische Betreuung
Bearbeitung von Reparaturaufträgen
Bearbeitung von Versicherungsschäden
Rechnungsprüfung

Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung/Fortbildung
Kenntnisse in der WEG-Verwaltung
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationsstärke
Selbstbewusstes und freundliches Auftreten
Freude an der Arbeit im Team
