  • Mit einem Büro in Frankfurt am Main sind wir auch an diesem Standort vertreten.

WAS DER JOB IHNEN BIETET

▪ Sie sind Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) für Eigentümer und Mieter

▪ Die Beauftragung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Steuerung der externen Dienstleister und Hausmeister gehört in Ihren Aufgabenbereich

▪ Sie kümmern sich um die allgemeine Verwaltung der einzelnen Immobilien und führen Objektbegehungen durch

▪ Zudem koordinieren Sie Maklertermine, führen die vollumfängliche Korrespondenz und suchen den passenden Nachmieter

  • ▪ Ihre Basis bildet Ihre Ausbildung im Bereich der Immobilienwirtschaft wie z. B. zum Immobilienkaufmann / Immobilienkauffrau (w/m/d) oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • ▪ Sie verfügen über aktuelles Fachwissen und konnten bereits Berufspraxis in der WEG- und Mietverwaltung sammeln
  • ▪ Ein routinierter Umgang mit MS Office und einer branchenspezifischen Software ist für Sie selbstverständlich, idealerweise mit HausPerfekt Genesis
