  • Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Ihre Benefits:
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag

  • Gehaltsrahmen zwischen 50.000 bis 55.000 Euro
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Erstellung der Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Überwachung und Abnahme von Handwerksleistungen
  • Verwaltung und Vermarktung von Bestandsimmobilien und Neubauten
  • Durchführung von Besichtigungen
  • Betreuung von Kunden, Handwerkern und anderen Dienstleistern
  • Erstellung von Kauf- und Mietverträgen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise in der Immobilienbranche
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Hausverwaltung ist wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
  • Kundenorientiertes, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
