Unser Auftraggeber, eine Immobilienagentur, sucht zur Verstärkung in Vollzeit in Berlin-Kreuzberg und stellt im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung ein:

Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) Betriebskostenabrechnung

Ihre Aufgaben als Betriebskostenabrechner (m/w/d)

Bearbeitung und Erstellung der Betriebskostenabrechnungen für Immobilien (Gewerbe)

Plausibilitätskontrollen

Abstimmung der Betriebskostenkonten

Kommunikation und Datenübermittlung mit/an Versorgungsunternehmen und Abrechnungsdienste

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d), Immobilienfachwirt (m/w/d), Betriebskostenabrechner (m/w/d) oder ähnlicher Abschluss

Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Betriebskostenabrechnungen von Gewerbeimmobilien

Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office (speziell Excel), iX-Haus wünschenswert

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1 )

Verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise, Genauigkeit und Verschwiegenheit
