Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Kiel suchen wir Sie für die Sachbearbeitung in der Hausverwaltung (Mietzinshausverwaltung). Bei der zu besetzenden Stelle handelt es sich um eine sozialversicherungspflichtige Vollzeittätigkeit mit 40 Wochenstunden (Montag bis Freitag, 08.00 - 17.00 Uhr, Kernarbeitszeit 09.00 - 15.00 Uhr). Es findet kein Tarifvertrag Anwendung.

  • Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Sanierungen
  • Kundenberatung
  • Wahrnehmung von Terminen (auch im Außendienst)
  • sowie andere hiermit verbundene Tätigkeiten.

ANFORDERUNGEN:

  • Ideal wäre eine absolvierte Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d),
  • Immobilienfachwirt (m/w/d), Bachelor (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Immobilienwirtschaft. Quereinsteiger/in mit langjährigen, kompetenten Erfahrungen in vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsfeldern möglich.
  • Gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich
  • Fahrerlaubnis B ist zwingend notwendig.
