Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams in Kiel suchen wir ab sofort gut ausgebildete Sachbearbeiter\*innen für die WEG-Verwaltung. Bei der zu besetzenden Stelle handelt es sich um eine sozialversicherungspflichtige Vollzeittätigkeit mit 40 Wochenstunden (Montag bis Freitag). Es findet kein Tarifvertrag Anwendung.

Immobilienkaufleute (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar geeignete Qualifikation für die die WEG-Verwaltung.

  • ⚙️ WAS?
  • AUFGABENGEBIET:
  • Betreuung/Verwaltung von Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften
  • Durchführung von Wohnungseigentümerversammlungen inklusive Protokollierung
  • Umsetzung von Beschlüssen
  • Vergabe und Überwachung von Instandhaltungsaufträgen
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Hausmeister und Handwerker
  • Pflege von Eigentümerdaten im ERP-System
  • Erstellung von Jahreswohngeldabrechnungen
  • Erstellung von Wirtschaftsplänen
  • sowie andere mit der WEG-Verwaltung verbundene Aufgaben; vgl. § 24 WEG

ANFORDERUNGEN:

  • Ideal wäre eine absolvierte Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d). Quereinsteiger/in mit entsprechender Qualifikationen ist möglich.
  • Gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich
  • Sie benötigen die Fahrerlaubnis B (PKW/Kleinbusse (alt: FS 3)).
  • Gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office sollten vorhanden sein. Kenntnisse mit dem Umgang der Verwaltungssoftware DOMUS ERP/CRM wären von Vorteil.
  • Selbstständiges und sorgfältiges Arbeiten wird erwartet.
