Die Casa Con Property Managemen GmbH ist ein junges und dynamisches Immobilienunternehmen mit Sitz in Leipzig und weiteren Bürostandorten in Halle und Wurzen.

Als ganzheitlicher Immobiliendienstleister betreuen wir aktuell einen Bestand von über 8.500 Wohn- und Gewerbeeinheiten für Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften, Privatanleger und institutionelle Investoren.

Im Zuge unserer ambitionierten Wachstumsstrategie zu einer der führenden Immobilienverwaltungen in Mitteldeutschland suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Leipzig.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Betreuung von Wohn- und Gewerbeobjekten im kaufmännischen und technischen Bereich
  • Steuerung und Vergabe von Dienstleistungen rund um die Immobilie
  • Pflege von Stammdaten sowie Objektdokumentationen
  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Rechnungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von immobilienwirtschaftlichen Abrechnungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung vorzugsweise in der Immobilienwirtschaft und/oder Weiterbildung zum Immobilienfachwirt o. ä.
  • 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägter Dienstleistungscharakter in Verbindung mit hoher Einsatz- und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Anwenderkenntnisse von immobilienwirtschaftlicher Standardsoftware sowie gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Vorhandensein eines PKW Führerscheins
