  • für die Mietverwaltung, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung.
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
  • Selbstständige Verwaltung von Mietobjekten
  • Ideal wäre die Fähigkeit zur Teamleitung
  • Voraussetzung ist eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Hausverwaltung und fundierte Kenntnisse im Miet- und Vertragsrecht
  • Ein hohes Maß an Professionalität, Dienstleistungsorientierung und Belastbarkeit sowie kaufmännisches Denken
  • Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • PKW-Führerschein erforderlich
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation in der Immobilienwirtschaft mit
  • Darüber hinaus konnten Sie bereits Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft, speziell in der WEG-Verwaltung, sammeln
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ihre eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise aus
