Deine Aufgaben

  • Verkauf und Vermietung von Wohnimmobilien – kompetent, serviceorientiert und mit Blick fürs Detail
  • Erstellung professioneller Exposés inkl. digitaler Aufbereitung der Objekte
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Besichtigungen
  • Betreuung unserer Kunden – vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Pflege und Nutzung unseres CRM-Systems

Du passt zu uns:

Was du mitbringen solltest – und was gut zu uns passt:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, bevorzugt Immobilienkaufmann/-frau (IHK), oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Branchenerfahrung
  • einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Zwingend erforderlich ist ein Führerschein der Klasse B
