  • Fundiertes Fachwissen im Wohnungswesen sowie nachweisbare Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise im Immobilien- oder Maklerbereich
  • Beruflicher Hintergrund vorzugsweise in der Immobilienbranche oder Maklertätigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und -Excel, Social Media und Immobilienportalen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und Teamgeist sowie eine selbständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Was erwarten wir?
  • Verantwortung für die Marktpositionierung von Neubauprojekten einschließlich Verkauf und Vermietung
  • Begleitung potenzieller Interessenten vom ersten Austausch bis zur vertraglichen Einigung
  • Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei operativen und strategischen Themen
  • Erstellung von Berichten, Präsentationen und Entscheidungshilfen
  • Sicherstellung aktueller CRM-Daten und Beteiligung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Das erwartet Sie bei uns!
  • Für diese Position ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt von mindestens EUR 3 600,00 vorgesehen. Abhängig von Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
