Immobilienmakler (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Akquirieren und Betreuen von Neu- und Bestandskunden sowie Eigentümern
  • Vermitteln und Vermarkten von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien
  • Durchführen von Besichtigungen und Beratungsgesprächen
  • Erstellen von Exposés und Aufbereiten von Objektunterlagen
  • Führen von Preisverhandlungen und Begleiten des Verkaufsprozesses bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Immobilienbereich, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb, in der Kundenberatung oder in der Immobilienvermittlung von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Führerschein der Klasse B von Vorteil
