  • ✅ Akquise und Betreuung von Immobilien sowie Aufbau deines Portfolios
  • ✅ Beratung von Eigentümern sowie Kauf- und Mietinteressenten
  • ✅ Durchführung von Besichtigungen und Vermarktung der Objekte
  • ✅ Verhandlungen führen und Begleitung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • ✅ Pflege von Kundendaten im CRM-System
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • ✅ Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Immobilienbereich
  • ✅ Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Immobilienbranche von Vorteil
  • ✅ Vertriebsstärke und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • ✅ Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • ✅ Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • ✅ MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Führerschein Klasse B
