Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten

Immobilienmakler Vermietung (m/w/d)

  • in Voll- oder Teilzeit. - Du begleitest Mietinteressenten von der ersten Besichtigung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe.
  • Du führst eigenständig Wohnungsbesichtigungen durch.
  • Du vermarktest attraktive Wohnungen professionell auf den gängigen Immobilienportalen.
  • Du führst Vertragsverhandlungen mit Mietern und Eigentümern.
  • Du bereitest Mietverträge vor und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Vermietungsprozess.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und repräsentierst unser Unternehmen nach außen. - Begeisterung für Immobilien und Vertrieb
  • Organisationstalent und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Motivation, Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Erfahrungen in der Immobilienbranche oder im Vertrieb - Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
