Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von WEG-Objekten
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Eigentümer:innen, Handwerker und Dienstleister
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Eigentümerversammlungen
  • Steuerung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Buchhaltung, Technik und externen Partnern

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder
  • Weiterbildung zum/zur Immobilienfachwirt:in oder
  • Berufserfahrung als Quereinsteiger:in in der Immobilienverwaltung
