Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams und für die Betreuung unserer anspruchsvollen Mandate suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Immobiliensachverständigen (m/w/d)

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes relevantes Studium (z. B. Immobilienwirtschaft, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich der Cashflow-Analysen sind von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung.
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie bereits über eine Zertifizierung (z. B. DIA-Sachverständige/r, HypZert-Sachverständige/r) oder bringen langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewertung mit.
  • Eine hohe IT-Affinität und ein sicherer Umgang mit branchenüblicher Software zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Auch Berufsanfänger (m/w/d) sind bei uns herzlich willkommen und erhalten eine fundierte Einarbeitung.
