Für die Verwaltung und Betreuung unserer Objekte suchen wir eine engagierte Verstärkung für unser Team.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Betreuung unseres Wohn- und Gewerbebestands als Ansprechpartner für unsere Mieter
  • Mieterkorrespondenz sowie Vorbereitung und Verwaltung von Mietverträgen
  • Erstellung von Betriebs- und Heizkostenabrechnungen
  • Durchführung von Mietanpassungen
  • Forderungsmanagement / Mahnwesen
  • Wohnungsübergaben und -abnahmen sowie regelmäßige Objektbegehungen
  • Beauftragung und Koordination von Handwerkern und Dienstleistern
  • Pflege der Stammdaten in unserer Verwaltungssoftware (Immoware24 / IW24)

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung ist wünschenswert (aber keine Voraussetzung)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Programmen
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit einer Verwaltungssoftware (Immoware24 von Vorteil)
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Mietern und Dienstleistern
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Außenterminen
