Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Immobilienkauffrau/mann für folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • allgemeine verwaltungstechnische Betreuung von Mietshäusern und Wohnungseigentumsanlagen
  • Hauptansprechpartner für Mieter und Eigentümer
  • Kontrolle des gesamten Vertragswesens, die Objekte betreffend
  • Ausstellung von Mietverträgen, Durchführung von Wohnungsabnahmen und -übergaben - Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Eigentümerversammlungen

Voraussetzungen:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Immobilienkaufmann / -fachwirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse Domus 4000 wünschenswert
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie freundliches, serviceorientiertes und sicheres Auftreten
