Die ProWohn Immobilien AG wurde 1994 mit dem Ziel gegründet, unseren Kunden alle Dienstleistungen rund um die Immobilie aus einer Hand zu bieten. Unser Unternehmen beschäftigt ca. 30 qualifizierte und erfahrende Mitarbeiter.

Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von WEG-Objekten in Arnstadt und Erfurt
  • Ansprechpartner für Mieter und Eigentümer
  • Auswahl, Betreuung und Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern
  • Beauftragung und Überwachung von Dienstleistern und Handwerksfirmen
  • Prüfen von Jahresabrechnungen und Wirtschaftsplänen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Eigentümerversammlungen
  • Umsetzung der gefassten Beschlüsse

Das zeichnet Sie aus

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Immobilienverwalter
  • Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten
  • selbständige, strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamwork wird bei uns ganz großgeschrieben: Sie punkten als Teamplayer durch Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement.
  • Führerschein Klasse B
