  • Immobilienverwalter (m/w/d)
  • Ihre Benefits:
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
  • 37 Stunden/Woche
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten
  • Möglichkeit zum mobilen Arbeiten
  • Gehaltsrahmen zwischen 45.000 und 55.000 Euro
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung von Vermarktung und Vermietung
  • Korrespondenz mit Interessenten inkl. Exposé-Erstellung
  • Durchführung von Besichtigungen und Wohnungsübergaben
  • Erstellung von mietvertragsrelevanten Unterlagen
  • Bearbeitung von Mieterbeschwerden und Kündigungen
  • Mitwirkung beim Mahn- und Klagewesen sowie bei vertragsrelevanten Prozessen
  • Kontrolle externer Dienstleister
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise in der Immobilienbranche
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Mietrecht sind wünschenswert
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Professionelle Kommunikation und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
