Immobilienverwalter (m/w/d)

Sie wollen ein eigenes Immobilienportfolio betreuen und Tag für Tag abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben bearbeiten? Als technischer und kaufmännischer Allrounder halten Sie unsere Immobilien in Schuss und sorgen so für zufriedene Kunden und Mieter. Starten Sie jetzt Ihre Karriere in unserer Abteilung Facility Management!

Spannende Projekte

  • Technische und kaufmännische Verwaltung und Betreuung von Handelsimmobilien
  • Organisation und Überwachung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und kleinerer Umbauvorhaben
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungen sowie Angebotseinholung
  • Vertragserstellung und -verwaltung, Rechnungsprüfung
  • Kommunikation mit Mietern sowie mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Objekt- und Baustellenbereisung

Ihre Leidenschaft für Immobilien

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Immobilienkaufmann/-frau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Immobilienwirtschaft, Facility Management, Bautechnik etc.)
  • Organisationstalent und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Reisebereitschaft
