Immobilienverwalter (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Spannende Projekte

Technische und kaufmännische Verwaltung und Betreuung von Handelsimmobilien

Organisation und Überwachung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und kleinerer Umbauvorhaben

Erstellung von Ausschreibungen sowie Angebotseinholung

Vertragserstellung und -verwaltung, Rechnungsprüfung

Kommunikation mit Mietern sowie mit externen Dienstleistern

Objekt- und Baustellenbereisung

Voraussetzungen

Ihre Leidenschaft für Immobilien

Kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Immobilienkaufmann/-frau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Immobilienwirtschaft, Facility Management, Bautechnik etc.)

Organisationstalent und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern

Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

Reisebereitschaft
