Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst die Verwaltung von Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften (WEG) und Zinshäusern mit modernen digitalen Tools
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Eigentümer:innen, Mieter:innen, Interessent:innen und Behörden
  • Du erstellst Betriebs-, Heizkosten- und Wohngeldabrechnungen
  • Du steuerst und überwachst technische sowie infrastrukturelle Dienstleistungsverträge
  • Du bereitest Eigentümerversammlungen vor und führst sie durch

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) im Immobilienbereich
  • idealerweise 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in derImmobilienverwaltung oder mehr
  • Lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterung für digitale Prozesse und schnelle Einarbeitungin neue Tools
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
