## Immobilienverwalter/in

Pertitius Hausverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG steht für professionelle Hausverwaltung, WEG-Verwaltung, Mietverwaltung und Sondereigentumsverwaltung. Wir betreuen Immobilien kaufmännisch und technisch, kümmern uns um Instandhaltung, Mieterbetreuung und den Werterhalt der Objekte.

### Deine Aufgaben

Du betreust Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien im laufenden Verwaltungsalltag. Dazu gehören:

  • kaufmännische und technische Verwaltung von Immobilien
  • Betreuung von Eigentümern, Mietern und Dienstleistern
  • Organisation von Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Abrechnungen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Eigentümerversammlungen
  • Unterstützung bei Mietverwaltung, WEG-Verwaltung und Sondereigentumsverwaltung
  • Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen, rechtlich sicheren und nachhaltigen Immobilienbewirtschaftung

### Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder mit vergleichbarer Ausbildung
  • erste Erfahrung in der Hausverwaltung
  • strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • freundliches Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Interesse an Immobilien, Verwaltung und Kundenbetreuung
