  • Die Kundenbetreuung nimmt einen Großteil unserer Kapazität in Anspruch, denn nach unserer Ansicht sind zufriedene Eigentümer und Mieter die Voraussetzung für eine gut funktionierende Immobilie.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten

Immobilienverwalter (m/w/d) für die WEG- und Mietverwaltung von Wohn- u. Gewerbeimmobilien

Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften (WEG) und Mietverwaltungsobjekten
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Eigentümerversammlungen inkl. Protokollführung, Nachbereitung und Beschlussdurchführung
  • Erstellung von Wirtschaftsplänen und Jahresabrechnungen
  • Kommunikation mit Eigentümern, Mietern, Dienstleistern und Behörden
  • Koordination von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen
  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Rechnungen sowie Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge

Profil

Für die Position des WEG- u. Mietverwalters (m/w/d) bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit IHK-Zertifizierung als geprüfter Immobilienverwalter
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im WEG- und Mietrecht sowie in der Tätigkeit als Immobilienverwalter
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der WEG- und/oder Mietverwaltung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verantwortungsfähigkeiten
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einschlägiger Verwaltungssoftware sowie mit MS-Office
  • PKW-Führerschein
