IHR VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

  • 360-Grad-Bestandsmanagement: Kaufmännische, technische Betreuung von Wohn- und Gewerbeeinheiten
  • Vertragsmanagement & Recht: Mietverträge, Index-/Staffelmieten, Kautionsmanagement
  • Finanzen & Nebenkosten: Betriebskostenabrechnungen (BetrKV), Mieteingang, Forderungsmanagement
  • Technische Betreuung: Wohnungsabnahmen, Steuerung externer Dienstleister bei Instandsetzungen
  • Mieterkommunikation: Ansprechpartner für Mieter, lösungsorientierte Mängelbearbeitung
  • Digitale Transformation: PropTech-Lösungen zur Prozessoptimierung, Renditepotenziale identifizieren

IHR PROFIL

  • Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann, Studium im Immobilienbereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Verwaltung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Miet- und Betriebskostenrecht wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit Verwaltungssoftware. Hohe IT-Affinität von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, proaktive und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
