Mein Kunde verwaltet WEG-Bestände in Karlsruhe. Das Team ist eingespielt. Und genau deshalb wird jetzt erweitert: weil zu viel auf zu wenigen Schultern liegt, und das auf Dauer nicht gut ist.

Was Sie hier tun

Sie übernehmen einen eigenen Bestand und werden Teil eines Teams, das füreinander einspringt. Wenn ein Kollege einen schwierigen Tag hat, hält jemand anderes den Rücken frei. Das ist keine schöne Formulierung aus dem Leitbild. Das ist Alltag hier.

Eine neue Verwalter-Software wird gerade eingeführt, die vieles einfacher machen wird. Bis dahin: Prozesse optimieren, die es schon gibt. Wer Software-Wechsel als Chaos sieht, wird sich schwer tun. Wer sie als Chance sieht, ist richtig hier.

Wen wir suchen

Erfahrung als Immobilienverwalter und die Offenheit für eine gesunde Fehlerkultur. Fehler passieren. Was zählt, ist, wie man damit umgeht.

Was Sie dafür bekommen
