Wir suchen im Auftrag eines etablierten Immobilienunternehmens eine:n Immobilienverwalter:in (m/w/d) im Raum Mülheim an der Ruhr .

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Verwaltung und Betreuung von Wohnimmobilien
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Vermietungsprozessen
  • Durchführung von Wohnungsübergaben
  • Kommunikation mit Mietern telefonisch und schriftlich
  • Koordination von Dienstleistern und Objektbetreuung
  • Bearbeitung von Anliegen rund um Mietverhältnisse
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und selbstständige Entscheidungsfindung
  • Perspektivisch Mitwirkung bei der Verwaltung von Fremdobjekten

Das bringst Du mit

  • Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder im Grundstücks- und Wohnungswesen
  • Alternativ eine Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich (z. B. IHK)
  • Quereinsteiger mit entsprechender Erfahrung möglich
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Vermietung und Mieterverwaltung
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
