Sie sind als WEG-Verwalter eigenverantwortlich für die Ihnen zugeordneten WEG-Verwaltungen

Aufgabengebiete:

Wirtschaftsplan

Hausgeldabrechnung

Vorbereitung von Eigentümerversammlungen

Eigenständige Durchführung von Eigentümerversammlung

Protokoll der Eigentümerversammlung

Belegprüfung

Ausschreibungen, Erstellen von Preisspiegeln, Beratung, Auftragsvergabe, Rechnungskontrolle

Belegprüfung

Ihr Profil:

Sie haben eine mehrjährige und umfangreiche Berufserfahrung als WEG-Verwalter:in.

Eine Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau/-fachwirt/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in der

Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft ist Voraussetzung.

Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in WEG – Recht

Der Umgang mit Office und wohnungswirtschaftsspezifischen Programmen wie Haufe PowerHaus ist

Grundlage für eine Zusammenarbeit.

Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung. Unternehmerisches Planen, Denken und Handeln ist für Sie

selbstverständlich.
