Senior Regulatory Solutions Consultant

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Regulatory Solutions Consultant to join our team, reporting to the Delivery Manager . In this role, you’ll help financial institutions solve complex regulatory reporting and data challenges by designing and delivering technology solutions that drive compliance, efficiency, and business value.

What You'll Do

• •Design and implement regulatory reporting solutions that meet clients' business and compliance needs.
• •Partner directly with clients to understand requirements, analyze data, and recommend effective solutions.
• •Lead solution delivery activities and support successful project execution from design through implementation.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize reporting processes and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• •Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.

What You'll Bring

• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• •5+ years of experience in consulting, regulatory reporting, data analysis, or financial technology.
• •Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• •Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• •Advanced analytical capabilities with strong proficiency in Excel; experience working with data and reporting tools.

Nice to Have

• •MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
• •Experience within capital markets, regulatory reporting, or fintech environments.
• •Knowledge of SQL or other data query tools.

Additional Requirements

• •Business-level English proficiency.
• •Ability to travel for client engagements as required.
• •Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

This position will be located in Mexico City, Mexico and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
