Responsibilities:

• •Preferred skills: .NET, C#, Sharepoint online, ServiceNow, MS stack
• •Desire to work in a team environment with varying working shifts to provide 24x7 coverage/support.
• •Role:
• 1. Analyze and resolve issues raised by users through ServiceNow tickets and other channels, adhering to established response standards for timeliness and quality
• 2. Validate data supplied by users and upload to systems using established processes
• 3. Coordinate support activities with specialists on other teams
• 4. Support testing and documentation
