This role sits within our Financial Services consulting team and provides PMO support across complex, multi-workstream transformation programs.

We are looking for individuals with prior experience working within or alongside Global Capability Centers (GCCs) of major financial institutions – particularly those that have supported investment operations, asset servicing, or capital markets technology programs in an offshore delivery capacity.

Responsibilities:

Support establishment and maintenance of PMO governance structures including project charters, workstream definitions, roles & responsibilities, organizational charts, escalation models, communication strategies, and RAID logs

- Manage JIRA-based project tracking aligned with enterprise implementation standards and SDLC issue hierarchies; adapt gold templates to client-specific needs

- Support resource and financial management tools (Clarity, Planview, or equivalent) for timesheet tracking, resource utilization, budgeting, and cost monitoring

- Maintain Confluence and SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and knowledge repositories

- Track program financials – comparing forecasted vs. actual spend, supporting dynamic budget adjustments, and facilitating financial reviews with Program Leadership

- Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans covering cross-workstream dependencies, milestone tracking, and coordination with broader client initiatives

- Support implementation governance standards – stage-gate reviews, pre-contract handoffs from sales to implementation, and service catalogue alignment

- Manage change control workflows – logging, tracking, and triaging non-standard client requests; coordinating reviews across product, delivery, and testing teams

- Leverage AI-enabled intake and analysis tools for faster evaluation of change requests, automated routing, and impact synthesis

- Support go-live readiness activities including runbook development, migration task sequencing, and production conversion coordination

- Generate status reports, dashboards, and milestone documentation for senior stakeholders and client leadership
