In-Home CNA for Seniors: Overnight Shift (9 PM–8 AM)

At Home Care Partners, you’ll provide one-on-one overnight care to seniors in their homes. This is not a facility role—you’ll work independently, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported while building trust and consistency over time.

We’re hiring full-time and part-time caregivers specifically for awake overnight shifts (9 PM – 8 AM ) across Lincoln.

What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)

• •Build consistent relationships and provide meaningful companionship
• •Support personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) with dignity and respect
• •Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• •Assist with meals, errands, and daily routines
• •Provide medication reminders and safe transfers

What to Expect from Scheduling

We aim to create consistent overnight schedules that align with your availability while ensuring reliable coverage for our clients.

• •Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week
• •Part-Time: 16–29 hours per week
• •Primary shift: Awake Overnights (9 PM – 8 AM)
• •Weekend availability required (at least 2 per month)

Overnight shifts involve a high level of independence and responsibility, requiring strong attention to safety, consistent reliability, and the ability to stay alert and responsive throughout the shift.

Requirements

• •At least 19 years of age
• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
• •Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• •Strong reliability, professionalism, and empathy for others
