In-house Content Creator

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just create content but understands how to shape it.

This role is for someone who can shoot, edit, and think like a content creator, not just follow trends. At AMINU, content is how we explain skincare, build trust, and stay relevant without noise.

Key roles and responsibilities

Create in-house content (yours and others) and own the process end-to-end

Take ownership of editing the raw content—using strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling

Work closely with the design team, content team, influencer team, and other stakeholders outside the organization to create content

Contribute to building repeatable content formats and systems

Stay curious about skincare—understand products deeply and reflect that in content

What are we looking for

Someone who is already creating content consistently (Instagram, reels, UGC, etc.)

Comfortable working in-office and being hands-on in shooting, editing ideating, experimenting

Ability to think beyond trends and structure content in a way that fits the brand

Understands storytelling, hooks, pacing, and retention

Ownership mindset—you don’t wait for ideas; you bring them

This role is not for you if:

You only want to manage or schedule content & if you are not comfortable shooting or being involved in content creation.

Bonus (not mandatory):

Experience in social media management

Interest in skincare science / ingredients / formulations

Other details:

Location : On-site, Kandivali West, Mumbai (in-office mandatory)

Work days : Monday to Saturday (Open to flexibility)

Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM

Compensation : Based on experience and skill (open conversation)
