- Support FIX onboarding and integration requirements – leveraging understanding of FIX protocol for broker connectivity and electronic trading

Trade Lifecycle & Settlement:

- Document end-to-end trade lifecycle requirements from order generation through settlement – covering equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives (OTC & listed), and complex instruments

- Support requirements for T+1 settlement readiness and related platform transformation initiatives

Integration & Operating Model Design:

- Define data integration requirements between front-office OMS and downstream middle/back-office systems (accounting, reconciliation, data platforms)

- Document interface specifications for system-to-system integrations across the front-to-back chain

- Support Future State Operating Model (FSOM) design and documentation for front-office service transitions

- Develop Service Level Documentation defining service scope, KPIs, SLAs, and operational processes
