Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Ops candidate with 4-7 Years of experience. This role is based in Noida, Bangalore, Kolkata and requires expertise on helping the sales team.

Responsibilities:

4-7 years of experience working across Target setting, QRF, Quota setting and Quota management

Worked across Territory planning such as deciding on regions

Worked across Compensation planning and deciding the right compensation across Sales team members

Worked on Excel extensively with knowledge about excel functions

Should know how to use PBI

Excellent communication

Mandatory skill sets:

4-7 years of experience working across Target setting, QRF, Quota setting and Quota management
