About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Summary**

Lead and supervise a team of In Stock Specialists to ensure optimal product availability and inventory management within JD.com's extensive supply chain. This role focuses on minimizing out-of-stock situations, optimizing inventory turns, and collaborating with various departments to maintain a seamless flow of goods.

Job Responsibilities**

• * Supervise, train, and mentor a team of In Stock Specialists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
• * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to in-stock rates, inventory levels, and stockout frequency, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• * Develop and execute inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and improve product availability.
• * Analyze sales data, forecast demand, and collaborate with procurement and merchandising teams to ensure timely replenishment of products.
• * Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, slow-moving inventory, and potential stockout risks.
• * Implement and enforce inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and perpetual inventory systems.
• * Collaborate with warehousing, logistics, and supply chain partners to streamline inbound and outbound inventory flows.
• * Generate regular reports on inventory performance, highlighting areas for improvement and presenting recommendations to management.
• * Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in inventory management.

Job Qualifications**

• * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related operational role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• * Strong understanding of inventory control principles, forecasting methodologies, and supply chain operations.
• * Proficiency in inventory management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• * Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team building, coaching, and performance management.
• * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment.
• * Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
